Information we collect
The only place on this website that collects personal information is the consultation form on the Contact page. When you complete it, we ask for the areas you'd like help with, your project status, current simulation software, a description of your project, your full name, company, work email, phone number (optional), country, and — if you choose to provide them — the type of engagement you're looking for, supporting files, and additional notes. We only collect what's shown on the form; we don't collect anything from you without your knowledge.
How we use your information
Information you submit through the consultation form is used solely to prepare for and follow up on your consultation request — for example, matching you with the right engineer, understanding your project before we speak, and contacting you by email, phone, or WhatsApp. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Saving your progress (local storage)
If you start filling out the consultation form but don't finish it in one visit, your answers are temporarily saved in your own browser (using a technology called local storage) so you don't have to start over. This saved draft stays on your device — it is not sent to us until you actually click submit, and it is automatically cleared once you do.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Third-party links and services
Some links on this site — such as our WhatsApp, phone, and email links — open third-party services (WhatsApp, your device's phone dialer, or your email client) outside of our control. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Data retention and security
We retain consultation form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records, and we take reasonable steps to protect information stored in our internal systems from unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
