Information we collect
The consultation form on the Contact page collects the areas you'd like help with, your project status, current simulation software, a description of your project, your full name, company, work email, phone number (optional), country, and — if you choose to provide them — the type of engagement you're looking for, supporting files you attach, and additional notes. Registering for a webinar or event collects your name, email, company, and any other fields shown on that event's registration form. Subscribing to our newsletter (in the footer of every page) collects your email address and, optionally, the content topics you're interested in. We only collect what's shown on the relevant form; we don't collect anything from you without your knowledge.
How we use your information
Consultation form submissions are used solely to prepare for and follow up on your request — for example, matching you with the right engineer, understanding your project before we speak, and contacting you by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Event registration details are used to confirm your seat and send event-related communications. Newsletter sign-ups are used to send the content you opted into, until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Newsletter and unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link tied to a unique code for your subscription — no login is required to opt out, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Subscriber and enquiry details may be synced to a customer relationship management (CRM) or email platform so our sales and marketing team can follow up efficiently, but only for a platform our team has actually configured to receive it.
Website analytics and cookies
This website records anonymous, aggregate usage events (such as page views and button clicks) to our own server, identified only by a temporary id stored in your browser for the current visit — used solely to understand which pages and content are useful, never shared externally. This site can optionally also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for additional traffic reporting; when enabled, these are configured with IP anonymization and used for aggregate insight only, not ad targeting. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The only cookie this website sets is a session cookie used exclusively by our own staff to stay logged in to the administrative area — it is never set for ordinary visitors browsing the public site.
Third-party links and services
Some links on this site — such as our WhatsApp, phone, and email links — open third-party services (WhatsApp, your device's phone dialer, or your email client) outside of our control. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Data retention and security
We retain form submissions, registrations, and newsletter records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver the service you registered for, and maintain our business records, and we take reasonable steps to protect information stored in our internal systems from unauthorised access. File attachments submitted with a consultation request are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised staff — never published or served publicly. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights

Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
